內(nèi)容簡介Alumina-chrome bricks having various chromia and silica contents were used in melting furnace of the rotary kiln type disposing of various industrial waste and incineration residue. The results of investigation on the wear performances and the influences of chromia and silica content are described in this paper.Alumina-chrome bricks having various contents of Cr_2O_3 and SiO_2 were used in industrial waste processing Kilns, and the following findings were obtained:(1) There was a correlation between Cr_2O_3 content and erosion resistance, and the erosion resistance was improved with an increase of Cr_2O_3 content.(2) A significantly harmful influence on erosion resistance was not found in the case of SiO_2 content under about 8 percent and the tendency for suppression of slag penetration was found.(3) It is supposed that the chemical erosion and thermal and structural spalling were the main wear performances in case of low Cr_2O_3 content and high Cr_2O_3 content respectively.
